  2. Long Hours: Coaches often work long hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends. They are dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential and are willing to put in the time and effort required to do so.
  3. Personal Sacrifice: Coaches often sacrifice their personal lives and interests for their athletes. They are dedicated to helping athletes succeed and are willing to make personal sacrifices for their athletes.
  4. Lack of Recognition: Coaches often receive little recognition for their efforts, as the attention is on the athletes and their performance. Despite their significant impact on athlete development, coaches are often overlooked. 
  5. High Pressure Career : Coaches May be under constant pressure to help their athletes reach their full potential. It’s always race again the time. This pressure can lead to long hours, high stress levels. 
  6. Constant Learning: Coaches must continually learn and stay up-to-date with the latest techniques, strategies, and training methods. This constant learning requires a significant amount of time and effort and is often overlooked by others.
  7. Coach and multiple role: Coaches job is not limited to coaching only, Coaches have to be a manager, a planner, a teacher, a psychologist, a mentor, a friend and a guru! And yet coaches may left behind when it comes to recognition.
